CRM Activity Configurator
This module gives you complete control to shape activity management exactly the way your business works. Create custom activity types, define tailored statuses, build flexible workflows, and configure every detail so your CRM adapts to your processes instead of forcing you to adapt to it.

CONFIGURATION
Navigate to Settings → Schedule Auto Activity, then create a new activity or edit an existing one. Configure the activity details by selecting the appropriate Next Activity Type and defining the status for that activity. Here, Triggers an automatic meeting activity with a one-day delay upon transition to a new stage.
Triggers an automatic call activity with a one-day delay for all records in the Qualified stage.
Automatically schedules a same-day follow-up for customers in the Proposition stage.
Auto scheduled demo for all the customers which are in won stage.
When a lead is created, an activity is automatically scheduled for the following day. This creates a meeting activity tomorrow. As the activity is set as mandatory, the user must close it before moving the lead to the next stage.
When the activity associated with the New stage is closed, the lead transitions to the Qualified stage, triggering the automatic scheduling of the Qualified-stage activity and also here you write the Notes and Done the Actitivity/Schedule Next.
Here, you mark done for move next stage.
Here, the auto-scheduled activity is created after the activity in the Qualified stage is marked as completed.
An auto-scheduled demo activity is created for customers in the Won stage, with a due date set two days later.
