Odoo - Eventbrite Integration
Overview
Integrating Eventbrite with Odoo allows for the creation and management of events.
How It Works

Disabling this option will be not show Private Token Authenticate and Sync categories button.

Event Details (Attributes of the "event.event" model):
Event ID: A unique identifier for each event.
Event Title: The name or title of the event.
Event Description: A brief description providing information about the event.
Event Date and Time: The date and time when the event will occur.
Event Location: The physical or virtual location where the event will take place.
Event Organizer: Information about the individual or organization hosting the event.
Event Capacity: The maximum number of attendees the event can accommodate.
Event Status: Indicates whether the event is active, canceled, or completed.
Additional Metadata: Any other relevant information about the event, such as tags,
categories, or custom attributes.
Ticket Details (Attributes associated with tickets within the "event" model):
Ticket ID: A unique identifier for each ticket.
Ticket Type: The type or category of the ticket (e.g., General Admission, VIP, Early Bird).
Ticket Price: The cost associated with the ticket.
Ticket Quantity: The number of tickets available for this type.
Sales Dates: The start and end dates for ticket sales.
Sales Channels: Where the ticket can be purchased (e.g., Eventbrite website, external
websites).
Delivery Method: How attendees will receive their tickets (e.g., email, mobile app, will
call).

Before creating an event Login to Your Account: If you already have an Eventbrite account, go to the Eventbrite website and log in. If you don't have an account, you'll need to sign up for one then fill all Events details and click create event button..

Add Event Ticket

fill the Ticket Name: This is the name of the ticket type, such as "General Admission," "VIP," or "Early Bird." Description: Provide a brief description of what the ticket includes or any special benefits it offers compared to other ticket types. Quantity Available: Set the number of tickets available for this ticket type. You can limit this if you have a specific capacity for each ticket type. Price: Enter the price for this ticket type. If it's a free ticket, you can set the price to $0. Sales Start/End: Set the dates and times for when ticket sales for this ticket type will begin and end. You can leave this blank if you want sales to start immediately and continue until the event. then click save button

When attendees register for your event on Eventbrite, Attendees will first select the type of ticket they wish to purchase from the available options. They can choose from different ticket types you've set up, such as General Admission, VIP, or Early Bird. Attendee Information: After selecting a ticket type, attendees will be asked to provide their personal information, including: Full name Email address Contact number (optional) Any custom questions you've added to the registration form Payment Details: If the event has paid tickets, attendees will proceed to the payment section, where they'll enter their payment details to complete the registration process. If the event offers free tickets, attendees may skip this step. Confirmation: Once the registration is complete, attendees will receive a confirmation email with their ticket information and event details. This email serves as their proof of registration. Additional Information: Depending on your event settings, attendees may also receive additional information, such as event reminders, updates, or instructions for accessing the event.

Attendee Changes in Eventbrite Fill in all the details and click on Save button.
