Signature Management
Change the signature of the user in one click
Overview
This module enables users to generate new signatures specific to their respective companies.
Features
In the res_company model, a new page named "Design Signature" has been introduced. Within this page, there exists a field labeled "Design Signature". Users who possess 'Admin Signature' group access can utilize this field to create and tailor signatures tailored to individual companies.
Users who belong to the 'Admin Signature' group can create signatures for all users, while others can only create their own signatures.
In the res_users model, there exists a server action named "Generate Signature", which facilitates the creation of signatures for users within the context of their respective companies.
When triggered, the server action "Generate Signature" writes a new signature into the signature field of the res_users model.
Note :
When accessing details within the field, we can retrieve employee details using
employee_id.fields and obtain default company values for employees using company_id.fields.
