Overview

This Application will integrates UPS tracking notifications directly into Odoo system, providing real-time updates on shipment status. This app allows users to automatically track packages, receive alerts for delivery updates, and streamline order fulfillment processes. Stay informed and manage shipments efficiently with seamless UPS tracking notifications within Odoo.

How It Works

01

Enable the UPS Track Alert API option within the app under UPS settings.

02

Use the Client Id, Client Secret and Billing Account number to configure in Odoo.

03

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Delivery > UPS Client (for webhook) Menu to configure it.

04

After configuring it click on the Get Access Token to authenticate

05

Once the delivery is validated, it will automatically capture the tracking log and send a notification to the customer as well.

06

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Delivery > UPS Track Event Logs for Full logs.

07

It will also allow to subscribe to the tracking alert for delivery manually.
