Each carrier's official column layout is modelled in order: Yamato B2 Cloud 送り状発行データ, Sagawa e-飛伝 okurijo CSV, and Japan Post ゆうプリR YuPack CSV. Pick the carrier on the transfer and export.
One-click & batch export
Export a single delivery, or group many outgoing transfers into one shipping batch and emit a single combined CSV ready to upload to the carrier portal.
Carrier-native Shift-JIS
Output is encoded in Shift-JIS / CP932 with CRLF line endings — exactly what the Japanese cloud tools require — with a UTF-8 option for spreadsheet review.
Tracking import
Upload the result CSV the carrier tool returns. It is decoded (CP932/UTF-8 tolerant), matched to transfers by management number, and the slip number is written onto the delivery and Odoo's native tracking reference.
Field validation
7-digit postal codes, domestic phone numbers and every required carrier column are checked before a CSV is produced. Yamato and Japan Post tracking numbers are verified with the official modulo-7 check digit.
Time-slot & COD
A neutral delivery time-slot (morning, 14-16, 16-18, 18-20, 19-21) is mapped to each carrier's own band code, and cash-on-delivery (代引) amounts flow into the right column.
How it works
- Set your sender (ご依頼主) defaults and pick a default carrier in Settings.
- On a delivery, choose the carrier and a time slot, then Export Label CSV.
- Upload the CSV to your Yamato B2 Cloud / Sagawa e-Hiden / YuPrint-R portal and print labels.
- Download the carrier's result CSV and import it — slip numbers land on every transfer.
Bring-your-own-tooling. All carrier portal URLs and customer codes are editable defaults — point at a future host without code changes. This module never transmits your shipment data anywhere; it only produces and reads CSV files that you upload to the carrier portal yourself.
