My Activities opens pre-filtered to Overdue and Today, so you land straight on what you owe right now.
Group by assignee, activity type, document model, or due date — here per-person sections show a live count, alongside one-click Overdue, Today, and Future filters.
The kanban board spells out each conflict in plain language — here the assignee already has another activity and a calendar event booked the same day.
On the activity itself, a precise Scheduled Time sits beside the due date and a clear banner warns the moment the assignee is double-booked.
Assign to Multiple Users: pick a document, activity type, date, and several assignees to create one tracked activity per user in a single step.
Role-based visibility: a team lead's Team Activities view rolls up the work of everyone who reports to them, while managers get an All Activities view of the whole company.
Frequently asked
Does it work with activities from any app?
Yes. It works on the standard Odoo activity, so any record that supports activities — CRM leads, sales orders, invoices, project tasks and more — shows up in the unified dashboard.
How does conflict detection decide there is a clash?
It checks whether the assignee already has another activity due that day and, optionally, whether they attend a calendar event that day. You choose the scope — activities only, calendar only, both, or off — in Settings.
Who can see which activities?
Three roles keep it simple: every user sees their own work, a team lead additionally sees the activities of the users who report to them, and a manager sees everything across the company.
Are these standard Odoo activities?
Yes. Nothing is duplicated — the module extends the native activity, so completing or editing here posts to the source record's chatter and preserves the normal Odoo audit trail.
