Does this replace Odoo's native cookie bar?
Yes. Once enabled, our banner and script-blocking replace the native bar; the module doesn't rely on it.
Will this break my Google Analytics or ad tracking?
No. Consented analytics and marketing scripts activate normally, and with Google Consent Mode v2 enabled, permitted signals still reach Google — you only lose data visitors actually declined.
Does it generate a cookie or privacy policy for me?
No, it links to your own policy page (default /cookie-policy) rather than drafting legal text — you keep control of the wording your legal team approves.
How does region-aware consent work?
The visitor's country (via Odoo's geolocation) is matched against built-in region rules — opt-in for the EU/UK/India, opt-out with pre-checked categories for California, notice-only elsewhere — so each visitor sees the legally appropriate model.
