Days present, days on validated leave and unexcused absent days are tallied separately, so a gap is never mistaken for the wrong reason.
Automatic Break Detection
Actual mid-day break time is derived straight from the gap between real sign-out and sign-in punches, and classified short, lunch or long.
Overtime Hours
Overtime is pulled straight from Odoo's own attendance overtime engine and rolled up per employee alongside worked and break hours.
Theoretical vs. Actual Hours
Scheduled working hours from the employee's calendar are compared against hours actually attended, with an attendance-rate percentage.
On-Screen Preview
See the computed per-employee summary and the raw sign-in/out detail right in the wizard before exporting anything, so a wrong filter never costs you a wasted export.
Excel Export & PDF Print
Send the same summary and detail data to payroll as an Excel workbook, or print a branded PDF report for auditors and managers.
How it works
Set Your Filters
Pick a date range, and optionally narrow to departments or specific employees. Defaults to the current month and your own department.
Generate
Click Generate and the report computes worked hours, breaks, overtime, leave and absence for every employee in scope.
Review On Screen
Check the per-employee summary and the raw sign-in/out detail right in the wizard before deciding what to do with it.
Export Or Print
Download the same data as an Excel workbook for payroll, or print a branded PDF for managers and auditors.

Frequently asked
Does this replace or duplicate the core Attendance app?
No. It reads the check-in/check-out data that Odoo's Attendance app already records and turns it into a consolidated, exportable report. Nothing about how employees clock in or out changes.
How is overtime calculated?
Overtime hours come straight from Odoo's own attendance overtime engine, summed per employee for the selected date range — no separate overtime rules to configure.
Does it distinguish approved leave from unexcused absence?
Yes. Validated leave requests are matched against the report window and shown as their own column, separate from unexcused absent days, so a gap is never miscategorized.
What export formats are supported?
Excel, for handing the summary and detail data to payroll or finance, and a branded PDF for printing or sharing with managers and auditors.
