Frequently asked
Does it create real accounting invoices?
Yes. A completed appointment generates a standard Odoo customer invoice, so taxes, payments, and reporting behave exactly as they do elsewhere in Accounting.
What stops a doctor being double-booked?
Every appointment is checked against the physician's existing non-cancelled appointments, and any overlapping time slot is blocked before the record can be saved.
Does it need HL7 or FHIR integration?
No. The module runs on a single native Odoo database, so patient, clinical, and financial data stay together without any external integration engine.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Two roles ship out of the box: Hospital Staff for day-to-day records and Hospital Manager for configuration and full access, so permissions match your team.
