The guided setup wizard checks Units of Measure and Product Packaging and walks you through enabling either one if it is missing, so you never have to hunt through external guides.

Yes. Configure a price per unit of measure on the product form, plus optional bulk/tiered pricing that rewards larger units like a case or pallet.
Will the unit a customer picks online carry through to the sales order and stock?
Yes. The unit of measure selected on the storefront flows through to the resulting sales order line and inventory records automatically.
