Start from a ready-made retail, warehouse, or shipping template and print scannable barcode, QR, price, and logo labels — straight from a product, purchase order, or picking, on standard sheet stock.
Native Odoo labels use fixed layouts with little design control, and most add-ons drop you into a blank editor or ignore printing entirely. Producing a simple barcode-plus-price-plus-logo label ends up needing a developer or a consultant.

Ready-made templates
Retail shelf, warehouse bin, and shipping carton presets ship ready to print, so a working label is one click away instead of a blank canvas.
Dynamic barcodes
Barcodes are generated from each product's own data in EAN-13, UPC-A, or Code 128, so the printed code always matches the product.
QR & 2D codes
Add a QR code alongside or instead of a 1D barcode for product links, traceability, or compact data on shipping and carton labels.
Multi-field labels
Show product name, price, internal reference, variant attributes, the company logo, and custom text or field lines — toggled per template.
Live scannability check
The template warns when a barcode or QR code is too small to scan reliably, catching wasted print runs before they leave the printer.
Sheet layouts
A4 and US Letter presets plus fully custom label width, height, columns, rows, and margins for whatever stock you print on.
Waste-aware printing
Choose the starting cell to skip already-used positions on a partly printed sheet, so you never waste a fresh sheet of label stock.
Print where you work
A Label Builder button sits on the product, purchase order, and stock picking, so you print at receiving, stocking, or dispatch without leaving the record.
Bulk printing & price lists
Select many products and print a full sheet at once, with the displayed price pulled from a chosen price list, all as a printer-agnostic PDF.

Frequently asked
Which barcode formats are supported?
Labels render EAN-13, UPC-A, and Code 128 one-dimensional barcodes, plus QR codes. An automatic mode picks the right symbology from each product's own barcode.
Where can I start printing labels from?
A Label Builder button is added to the product and product-variant forms, purchase orders, and stock pickings, and a standalone Print Labels action lives under the Label Builder menu.
Can I print on my own label stock?
Yes. Use the A4 or US Letter presets, or set a custom label width, height, column and row count, and margins. You can also start at any cell to reuse a partly printed sheet.
How does the output print?
Labels are produced as a standard PDF sheet, so they print on any office or label printer without extra drivers. The price shown comes from the price list you choose in the wizard.
