What is Checky?
Checky digitizes reception and site entry. Guests register or find themselves, pick a group, complete your onboarding steps, and select an individual host. Each visit is timestamped and stored for compliance and follow-up.

Simple, Guided Check-In
Visitors can create an account with name, company, phone, email, and a selfie. Present a training video and require acknowledgements before proceeding.

Collect confirmations such as "I've read the rules" and "Clean clothes". Store results on the visit record.
Audit-Ready Visit Log
Each visit shows timestamps, frontdesk, group, host details, acknowledgements, and the visitor's contact data and selfie.

How to Configure
- Create Frontdesks (e.g., Reception, Workshop) and assign allowed Groups.
- Define Onboarding Steps for each Group (Video, Checkbox).
- Open Settings -> Checky to pick selectable Hosts and set Auto Check-Out.
- Publish your check-in page on the website and go live.
