Checky - Visitor & Contractor Check-In for Odoo 18
Self-service registration, per-location flows, individual host selection, and audit-ready visit logs.
What is Checky?
Checky digitizes reception and site entry. Guests register or find themselves, pick a group, complete your onboarding steps, and select an individual host. Each visit is timestamped and stored for compliance and follow-up.

Multi-Location Frontdesks
Create frontdesks like Reception or Workshop and control which groups can check in at each location.
Individual Host Selection

Onboarding Steps
Build per-group flows with Video and Checkbox steps for rules and acknowledgements.
Simple, Guided Check-In
Visitors can create an account with name, company, phone, email, and a selfie. Present a training video and require acknowledgements before proceeding.
Checklists & Acknowledgements
Collect confirmations such as "I've read the rules" and "Clean clothes". Store results on the visit record.
Audit-Ready Visit Log
Each visit shows timestamps, frontdesk, group, host details, acknowledgements, and the visitor's contact data and selfie.
Auto Check-Out
Automatically check out ongoing visits after a set duration or at a specific daily time.
Visitor Directory
Search and review visitor records with company and email. Avoid duplicate entries at check-in.
Friendly Notifications
Clear confirmations guide visitors through the process and confirm e.g. successful account creation.
How to Configure
- Create Frontdesks (e.g., Reception, Workshop) and assign allowed Groups.
- Define Onboarding Steps for each Group (Video, Checkbox).
- Open Settings -> Checky to pick selectable Hosts and set Auto Check-Out.
- Publish your check-in page on the website and go live.
