Configure your EL Salvador FELplex API credentials by selecting the appropriate environment and entering the API token.
Ensure that the partner has an El Salvador address, document type, and tax details configured, as these are required for FELplex processing.
After the invoice is posted, a “Create DTE” button will appear on the invoice form. Click this button to generate the El Salvador electronic invoice (DTE) through FELplex.
Before creating the DTE, certain information must be filled in. These fields are mandatory for generating the electronic invoice.
Once the DTE is created, go to the Response tab to review the details. The system will update the status, UUID, and other related information automatically.
After the DTE is created successfully, a “Cancel DTE” button will be available. Use this button if you need to cancel the generated DTE.
Once the DTE is canceled, the FELplex status will be updated to “Canceled.”
If any error occurs during the processing of the DTE or while canceling it, the error will be displayed in the Error section. You can easily review and identify the issue there, fix it, and then process the DTE again.
