Customer ProductReview

When the product delivery is validated, a "Thank You" email is sent to the customer along
with a link to provide a product review click link .
When the customer clicks on the "Submit" button on the product review rating page,
the review is submitted.
Product Variants > Product Review Page: Displays all customer reviews for the product.
Shop Page: Display the average product rating all customer across the website.
If a customer give review then show review count in smart button.
If a customer has already submitted a rating, the page will display a message indicating that the
review has already been submitted when they visit again.
