Go to Sales > Products > Products to set up the Deposit products.

Go to Sales > Products > Products to set up the Container products.

Go to Sales > Products > Products to set up the Main products.

Create a sale order, select the main product, and click on the Update Deposit Item button

When you click on the Update Deposit Item button,
the system will add the linked deposit and container products to the order lines.

After confirming the sale order, you will see a Deposit smart button. Click on it.

You can view the deposit details there

After confirming the delivery, go to the delivery form and click on the Return with Deposit button.

Update the quantity and click on the Return button.

Click on the Delivery button.

Select the record and click on the Return With Deposit button, then validate it.

In the sale order, you will see the Return Deposit button. Click on it and then click on the Create Invoice button

After validating the invoice, the customer will be able to see it.

Confirm the invoice.

Click on the Credit Notes button. A wizard will open, write the reason, and click on the Reverse button.

After confirming the credit notes, a view like this will be shown.

Go to Reporting > Sales Deposit Report Menu.

Go to Reporting > Sales Deposit Report Menu.

User can generate Sale Deposit Report based on Date filters and User wise like Custom Filters.

Usage of Deposit in Purchase Module.
Purchase > Requests for Quotation

When click on 'UPDATE DEPOSIT ITEM' button in order lines, the system will fetch the linked deposit and container product in product lines

When purchase order is confirmed, you can see one smart button of 'Deposit'

Click on the 'Deposit' smart button, you will see the details of the deposit

Usage of Purchase Deposit Return.
In the Receipt form, the 'Return with Deposit' button

In Purchase order, you can see the 'Return Deposit' button

Configuration 'Purchase Deposit Report'
Purchase > Reporting > Purchase Deposit Report

User can generate Purchase Deposit Report based on Date filters.

User can generate Purchase Deposit Report based on Customer filters.
