Per-line checkbox:

Total Refund Amount:
  • Dynamically updates based on selected products

Confirm Refund

Finalize the selection and proceed to payment.

“Confirm Refund” button:
  • Enabled only after at least one product is selected

Refund Payment with eWallet Refund

On the payment screen, in addition to methods such as Cash, Card, or Customer Account, the system also supports:

eWallet Refund:
  • Allows refunds to be issued directly to the customer's e-wallet
  • Suitable for modern retail models, reducing cash handling

Enable Product Exchange Across All POS

Enable "Hide Order List" for All POS

Optimize system performance by loading orders only during searches, preventing lag caused by large data sets.

Configuration: Added a toggle option in Point of Sale Settings
Feature: "Load Orders Only on Search" Once enabled, orders will not pre-load by default
  • Applies globally across all POS sessions
Orders will no longer be pre-loaded by default in the return interface to ensure faster loading times

Order Search Required

Staff must manually search to retrieve specific orders for processing.

Interface Behavior: The order list remains hidden upon entering the screen
Mandatory Action: A search keyword is required to fetch and display data
Search Criteria Supported:
  • Order Reference
  • Order Name
  • Date
  • Point of Sale

Search Results

Only orders matching the search criteria will be displayed.

Dynamic Loading: After a search is performed, the system populates a list of corresponding orders
Selection: Users can then select an order to initiate the return process

Return Period Limitation

Set a maximum number of days for returns across the entire POS system to enforce return policies and prevent overdue transactions

Configuration: Define the Maximum Return Days in the Point of Sale Settings
Application: Globally applied to all orders within the system

Order List Visibility

Provide clear, real-time return deadlines directly within the order list

Refund Deadline Column: A new column has been added to the order list view
Expiration Tracking: Displays the specific Refund Expiration Date for each individual order
When accessing a specific order, a dedicated notification section provides real-time return eligibility details

Configure Non-Returnable Products

Allow specific products to be marked as non-returnable directly on POS, helping enforce return policies and reduce fraud.

Add a configuration option in Point of Sale Settings to define non-returnable products
Can also be configured directly from:
  • Product creation form (Point of Sale tab)
  • Product detail page (Point of Sale tab)

Applied During Refund Processing

Restricted products cannot be refunded within the POS.

Display a notification (note) when a product is not eligible for refund
Disable interaction with the product line in the refund dialog
Ensure staff cannot select these products for refund processing

Configure Non-Returnable Product Categories

Allow product categories to be marked as non-returnable directly on POS, helping enforce return policies and minimize fraud.

Applied During Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Promotion Settings

Prevent returns on promotional products to mitigate fraud and protect profit margins.

Configuration: Added directly in the “Promotion Program” form
Application: Automatically applies to all products included in the promotion

Application in Return Process

Restricted promotional products are blocked from returns within the POS interface to ensure policy compliance.

Visual Alerts: Displays a notification (note) when a product is non-refundable
Action Restriction: Automatically disables product lines in the Return Dialog
Validation: Prevents staff from selecting or processing these items for return

Order-Level Non-Refundable Settings

Disable returns for entire orders that include promotional programs to prevent fraud and secure business margins.

Configuration: Configured directly within the Promotion Program settings
Application: Applied at the Order Level

Application in Return Process

Orders containing restricted promotion programs are ineligible for returns within the POS

Status Notification: Displays a clear note/alert when an order is flagged as non-refundable

Block returns for promotional gift items within the POS interface.

Prevention: Disallows returns for free/gift products received through Buy X Get Y programs.

Configuration: Enabled directly within the Buy X Get Y promotion settings.

Application in Return Process

Orders containing Buy X Get Y promotions with "Non-Refundable Gift" settings will have restricted return capabilities in the POS.

Gift Identification: Displays a clear "Gift" label next to promotional items for easy recognition
Restriction Alert: Shows a notification stating the gift product is non-refundable
Action Disabled: The gift product line is automatically disabled in the return dialog
Selection Prevention: Ensures staff cannot select or include gift items in the return transaction

Conditional Gift Product Returns

Allow returns for gift products only if additional quantities were purchased beyond the free promotional amount

Eligibility: Specifically applied to gift product lines where the quantity exceeds the free reward.
Logic: Differentiates between "Free" units and "Purchased" units of the same product

Application in Return Process

Allow returns for gift product lines when the quantity purchased exceeds the promotional free limit.

Quantity Limitation: Restricts the returnable amount to only the extra units purchased
Tracking Notification: Displays a detailed note in the interface to track the return eligibility and history

Restrict POS Access by User

Define which POS terminals each user is allowed to access, ensuring tighter control over sales operations.
