Auto Archive
Automatically archive old records on any model
after X days, with an optional filter, on a daily schedule.
Set a date field, a number of days and a filter on the standard Models screen. A daily scheduled action does the rest, and a preview shows what will be archived first.

What this module does
Auto Archive adds automatic, scheduled archiving on top of the free Archive Anything module. On the standard Models screen you pick a date field, a number of days and an optional record filter, and a daily scheduled action archives the records that match. No one has to archive by hand.
A Preview button shows exactly how many records currently match before anything runs, and each model keeps the time and count of its last run. Only active records that pass your filter and are older than the number of days you set are archived, so your lists, searches and reports stay focused on what matters.

How to set it up

Use the free Archive Anything module to enable archiving on the model first. |
