What this module does
EOS Level 10 Meeting Manager runs the weekly EOS and Traction Level 10 leadership meeting directly inside Odoo. Open a meeting for your team, click Start Meeting, and a live full-screen runner walks you through all seven L10 segments with a countdown timer on each one: Segue, Scorecard, Rock Review, Headlines, To-Do List, IDS, and Conclude.
A management dashboard gives leadership a single overview across every team, and the whole meeting stays inside the 90 minute box. You work your scorecard measurables, review quarterly rocks, solve the top issues in the IDS list, check off to-dos, and close with a 1 to 10 rating from every attendee. Anything left undone carries forward to next week automatically.
Feature walkthrough
Every part of the module, illustrated. Here is exactly what your team sees and does, from the leadership dashboard to the live meeting runner.
MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD
A single overview across all teams, or filtered to one, with KPI cards for open issues, open to-dos, overdue to-dos, rocks off track and the average meeting rating. Below the cards, panels show rock status, the latest scorecard with on-track flags, the top open issues and recent meetings with their ratings. Every card and every row is clickable, so one click drills straight into that exact list or record.
DASHBOARD FOLLOWS LIGHT OR DARK MODE
The dashboard and the meeting runner both follow the user's Odoo light or dark theme automatically, so they always look right for each person's preference.
LIVE MEETING RUNNER
A full-screen runner walks the team through the seven L10 segments down the side, each with its own countdown timer, so the meeting stays in its 90 minute box. Click any segment to jump to it, and finished segments show a check.
IDS ISSUES SEGMENT
During IDS the open issues are ranked by priority. Work the top one, then Solve or Drop it in one click and the next moves up. Solved issues are stamped with the meeting that solved them.
SCORECARD ENTRY IN THE MEETING
Enter each measurable's number for the week right inside the runner, so the scorecard stays current as the team reviews it.
ROCK REVIEW IN THE MEETING
Mark each rock On track, Off track or Done in one click. Marking a rock off track drops a new issue into the IDS list automatically, so nothing slips through.
TO-DOS IN THE MEETING
Check off last week's to-dos. Any left unchecked roll forward to next week automatically with a carried count, so accountability never gets lost between meetings.
CONCLUDE AND RATE
Every attendee rates the meeting from 1 to 10 and a live average is shown. End Meeting then closes the meeting and returns you to the meeting record.
MEETING RECORD
Each weekly meeting auto-names from the team and date, moves through Draft, In Progress and Done, and keeps its issues, to-dos and attendee ratings on tabs with the average rating and actual duration. Built-in chatter and activities are included.
MEETINGS LIST
See all meetings in a list view, with their team, date, state, rating and duration at a glance.
MEETINGS CALENDAR
The same meetings on a calendar view, so the weekly rhythm of each team is easy to see and plan around.
ISSUES LIST
A draggable, priority-ranked list of issues with open, solved or dropped state and an owner. When an issue is solved or dropped in a meeting it is archived the standard Odoo way, so it leaves the active list but stays available under the Archived filter for full history. Chatter and scheduled activities sit on each issue.
TO-DOS LIST
Every action item with a done toggle, a due date that defaults to seven days out, the owner and how many times it has been carried forward.
ROCKS KANBAN
Quarterly rocks on a kanban grouped by On track, Off track and Done, with owner, quarter and due date. Chatter and activities are on every rock.
SCORECARD SETUP
Define each weekly measurable with a goal, a goal operator (at least, at most, or equal) and a unit. Weekly values are flagged on track or off track automatically against that goal.
TEAMS AND ROLES
Set up each leadership team with its leader, members and meeting day and time. Two roles ship: L10 User, who sees only their own teams, and L10 Manager, who sees everything, enforced by record rules on every model. The module is fully multi-company: every team, meeting, scorecard, rock, issue and to-do is tagged with its company and isolated per company, so a multi-company database keeps each company's L10 data separate.

Frequently asked questions
Open a meeting for your team and click Start Meeting. A full-screen runner opens with the seven L10 segments and a countdown timer for each, so you move through Segue, Scorecard, Rock Review, Headlines, To-Dos, IDS, and Conclude on time.
IDS means Identify, Discuss, Solve. During the IDS segment the runner shows your open issues ranked by priority. You work the top issue, then mark it Solved or Dropped in one click, and the next issue moves up.
Yes. When you end a meeting, any to-do that is not checked off moves to the team's next meeting automatically and its carried count goes up by one.
Yes. The scorecard holds weekly measurables with a goal, each value flagged on-track or off-track automatically. Rocks hold quarterly priorities, and marking a rock off-track during the meeting creates an issue for the IDS list.
