📋 Adding Products to Sales Orders
- Open a sales order in Odoo or create a new one
- Click the "Add from vendor's website" button
- Select your preferred supplier from available providers
- You will be redirected to the supplier's catalog page
- Search and select products - when you finished, then send them to your order, it's just a standard ComNorm workflow
- The prices will be updated automatically based on the supplier's pricing rules
🚀 Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Create a purchase order with ComNorm products
- Click the "Send to vendor" button
- The order is transmitted to the supplier via the ComNorm platform
- Then you will be redirected to the supplier's website to finalize the purchase order, as standard ComNorm workflow

What is ComNorm?
ComNorm is a B2B platform that standardizes communication between buyers and suppliers. It provides a unified API for accessing multiple supplier catalogs, product data, and order processing - without custom integrations for each supplier.
Do I need a ComNorm account?
Yes. You need to register for a ComNorm partner account at www.comnorm.com to obtain your partner API key. Your suppliers also need to be registered with ComNorm and provide you with their supplier-specific API keys.
Can I connect multiple suppliers?
Absolutely! The module supports unlimited suppliers. Each supplier gets individual configuration including separate pricing rules, partner mappings, and product templates. Perfect for businesses sourcing from multiple vendors.
How does pricing work?
The module fetches cost prices from suppliers and stores them in Odoo. You configure profit margins per supplier (percentage + fixed amount), and the module automatically calculates sales prices.
What happens when product data changes at the supplier?
Each time you browse a supplier's catalog and select products, the module automatically updates product information including prices, descriptions, and attributes with the latest data from the supplier. You can also manually trigger updates using the "ComNorm Update" button on product forms.
Is this compatible with multi-company setups?
Yes! The module is fully multi-company compatible. Each company maintains its own ComNorm configuration, supplier relationships, pricing rules, and product mappings independently.
How secure is the webhook communication?
The module uses HMAC-based authentication with time-limited signatures for all webhook notifications. Each notification includes a cryptographic signature that verifies it originated from your authenticated ComNorm session and hasn't been tampered with.
What about multilingual product data?
Product names, descriptions, and attributes automatically synchronize in all languages installed in your Odoo. The module intelligently maps ComNorm language codes to Odoo language codes with English as fallback when specific translations aren't available.
