A clean, print-ready, one-page payslip for Odoo Payroll. Adds a separate Compact Payslip PDF button alongside Odoo's native report, with worked-day labels and automatic suppression of zero-value salary lines, while leaving Odoo's payroll calculations completely untouched.

1 One-Page Compact Payslip
Open any payslip under Payroll → Payslips and click the new Compact Payslip PDF button, placed right next to Odoo's standard Print button. It generates a clean A4 portrait PDF with company branding, employee and contract details, and the full payroll breakdown, sized to fit an ordinary payslip on a single page.
2 Reliable Worked-Day Labels
Worked-day rows show a readable name even when the generated payroll line has no description. The report falls back to the related work-entry type, so hours, days and amounts are always clearly labelled.
3 Meaningful Payroll Lines Only
Salary rule lines with a zero total are suppressed using the payroll currency's own rounding, so the printed breakdown stays short and readable while gross, deductions and net salary remain clearly highlighted.

Compact Payslip PDF
Compact Payslip PDF adds a clean, compact A4 portrait report for Odoo Payroll. It does not replace the native payslip report and it does not alter payroll data.
Installation
Install the module after Odoo Payroll is available. The payslip form then shows a Compact Payslip PDF button immediately after the standard Print button.
What the report includes
- Company branding from the active company.
- Employee, designation, contract, pay period and work schedule summary.
- Contract amount.
- Worked days, including a work-entry type label fallback.
- Only non-zero salary lines marked to appear on payslips.
- Gross, deductions, net salary and a payment instruction.
Data safety
Printing is read-only. The module does not recompute payroll, change salary rules, regenerate work entries, create accounting entries or change the native payslip PDF.
Limitations
The report is designed for ordinary payslips to fit on a single A4 page. A payroll with an unusually large number of meaningful lines can naturally continue to a second page.
