Running multiple companies in one Odoo database? Give each company its own identity in the browser tab. Company Favicon lets administrators upload a unique favicon per company so that users always know which company's backend they are working in — at a glance, from the browser tab.

1 Company 1 — Custom Favicon in the Browser Tab
Each company can have its own favicon uploaded directly on the company form. Once set, Odoo swaps the browser-tab icon automatically whenever a user is working inside that company's backend.
Go to
Settings → Companies → [Select Company] and upload a favicon in the
Favicon field.
The browser tab displays Company 1's unique favicon, making it immediately recognisable.
2 Company 2 — Favicon Updates on Company Switch
When a user switches to a different company, Odoo automatically replaces the browser-tab icon with that company's configured favicon — no manual action required.
Each company maintains its own favicon independently, making it easy to tell companies apart at a glance even when multiple tabs are open.
Switching to Company 2 instantly updates the tab icon to that company's own favicon.
