Frequently Asked Questions

How does the IR log handle multi-revision tracking?

Each request has separate columns for Rev 0, 1, 2 — same reference number. This allows tracking consultant responses across multiple submission rounds.

Can I track both Consultant and INM replies on one document?

Yes. Separate fields for INM reply date and Consultant reply date are provided on every RFI and submittal record.

Does the gate pass print as a PDF?

Yes. Professional PDF with item details, issue date, and signature blocks. Print directly from the Odoo form view.

Can I import existing inspection logs?

Yes. Use the CONSTRA data import template to bulk import from Excel. Column mapping is pre-configured for all document types.
