Contacts Multiple Contact Points
This module adds multiple email/phone numbers per contact.

Usage
To use this module, follow these steps:
- Go to the Contacts menu and open a contact form.
- Add multiple email addresses and phone numbers in the contact form.
- Mark the primary email/phone number using the "Make it main" button.
- Blacklist an email/phone number for mass mailing if needed.
