It bridges the gap between Sales, Purchases, and Stock by automatically propagating analytic information. Whether you need traditional analytic accounts or modern analytic distribution, this module ensures your financial tracking is always accurate and automated.
Stop manual data entry in your stock moves! This solution allows you to configure analytic accounting at both the Picking and individual Stock Move levels. By seamlessly fetching data from Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, it maintains a perfect audit trail from the initial order to the final delivery or receipt.

Stock Analytic Distribution Manager
- To enable the Analytic Entries feature, go to Inventory → Configuration → Settings
- Locate the Manage Analytic Entry Selection in Inventory Operations setting, then choose Analytic Distribution to activate the feature.
- Once the Sales Order is confirmed, the selected analytic distribution will automatically transfer to the corresponding Delivery Order.
- On the Delivery Order form, you can view the analytic distribution that has been automatically transferred from the Sales Order.
- Click on the Moves smart button to view the analytic distribution applied to the individual stock move lines.
- You can process a return for the Delivery Order, and the same analytic distribution will automatically be copied to the Return Order.
- Click the Moves smart button to view the analytic distribution applied to the individual stock move lines.
- For the Purchase Order flow, once the Purchase Order is confirmed, the selected analytic distribution will automatically transfer to the corresponding Receipt.
- On the Receipt Order form, you can view the analytic distribution that has been automatically transferred from the Purchase Order.
- You can also apply analytic distribution at the picking level by setting the Apply Analytic Accounting by: Picking or Move? option to By Picking.
- Click on the Moves smart button to view the analytic distribution applied to the individual stock move lines.
- You can process a return for the receipt Order, and the same analytic distribution will automatically be copied to the Return Order.
- Click the Moves smart button to view the analytic distribution applied to the individual stock move lines.
- Go to Inventory → Configuration → Settings and set Manage Analytic Entry Selection in Inventory Operations to Analytic Account.
- In the Delivery Order, the Analytic Account field will now be displayed instead of Analytic Distribution, based on the configuration.
- The Analytic Account will also be visible on individual stock move lines when you click the Moves smart button.
- Similarly, in the Receipt Order, the Analytic Account will be displayed on the receipt form and its move lines according to the selected configuration.
