CR Connect Line
CR Connect Line is a powerful Odoo module that enables seamless integration with the LINE messaging platform. This solution allows users to send and receive messages directly through LINE from within the Odoo system, streamlining communication and enhancing customer engagement.
With CR Connect Line, you can securely exchange text, audio, video, and image files, making it easier to interact with your customers and business partners. The module supports easy account setup and management, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Important Notes:
• Only HTTPS protocol is supported for secure communication.
• If you are located in India, please use a VPN as the LINE API may be restricted.
• Group messaging is not supported; only individual messages can be sent.
• Supported file types include audio, video, and images.

Create a Business Account.

Click on 'Sign up Link Account'

Add Email Address and Password.

Add Email Address and then click on 'Send signup link'

Check your inbox and click the Continue button in the email to move forward.

Add new Password

Click on Create LINE official account button.

Now, click on Verify by Text Message. You will need to verify using your phone number.

Enter your phone number and verify via text message.

Please enable the Messaging API to continue.

Note down the Channel ID and Channel Secret, then go to the LINE Developers Console.

If the provider is not available then create a new provider.

Now select the available channel or create a New Channel if not available.

Click on issue button to generate Channel secret. And Note Down channel secret for future Use.

Please enable both Use Webhook and Webhook Redelivery.

Please fill in the fields with the details you obtained earlier.
Note:
The webhook URL should be in this format:
https://<domain>.com/line/webhook
Make sure the URL path ends with /line/webhook

Now you will start receiving the message.

I have a question regarding your "Odoo Line Integration" module: Will every Odoo (Community Version) user have access to the business account and can chat with his customers/leads at the same time as others are?

Yes we can add all users, IN Line configuration we have given one field called notify users, in that we can add all the users which we wanted to notify and once its dobe, that user can also be part f that conversation
