Customer Portal RMA Management

This module allows customers to request returns and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) through the portal. It streamlines the return process, enabling efficient handling of product returns and exchanges.

Go to the website → Buy a product → Check the Sale Order

Search and Activate Module.

Inside the Delivery order, Validate the product.

Create a invoice and then click on confirm button.

When the user Validates the Delivery Order and then Confirms the Invoice, the Return Product button becomes visible on the portal.

Go to RMA → Rules and configure the return/replacement policy for each product category.

Now, click on the Return button to initiate the return process.
You can choose to either return or replace the product, depending on the applicable return and replacement policy.

Navigate to the Sale Order → select Return Order → confirm the return order.

Again, go to the Delivery Order and Validate the product.

Select POS Location and Open Register in Odoo

Now, the Credit Note is created and the Product has been successfully returned.

You can also track the status of your return requests in the portal. Click on the Track Return button and then select View Tracking.
