- Securely link Odoo by entering your API and Secret Keys, and selecting "Shipstation v1". This setup also generates your Webhook Token for automated, real-time tracking updates.

- Instantly verify your credentials by clicking the "Test Connection" button. After a successful connection, the "Fetch Carriers" and "Regenerate Webhook Token" buttons become available, allowing you to sync all your active ShipStation carriers directly into Odoo.

- With a single click on "Fetch Carriers", Odoo automatically retrieves all your configured shipping carriers from ShipStation (like FedEx, UPS, and Stamps.com). These carriers are stored and easily accessible via the "Carriers" smart button at the top of the screen for quick management.

- Specifically for the API V1 integration, the carrier form view includes dedicated buttons to "Fetch Services" and "Fetch Packages". This allows you to pull every shipping method and packaging type available for that specific carrier directly from ShipStation into your Odoo system.

This optimized fulfillment flow is consistent and designed for both API V1 and API V2 integrations.
- Create and configure your Odoo Shipping Methods by selecting "Shipstation" as the provider. Under the ShipStation Configuration tab, you can precisely map your preferred ShipStation Carrier, Shipping Service, and Package Type to ensure accurate rate calculation and label generation for every order.

- Once a Sale Order is created, you can instantly calculate shipping costs by clicking the "Add shipping" button. This opens a dedicated wizard where you can select your ShipStation delivery method and prepare to fetch real-time rates based on the order details.

- Select your ShipStation shipping method and click "Get rate" to instantly fetch the live shipping cost. After the rate is successfully retrieved, click "Add" to automatically append the shipping charge directly into your Sale Order lines for accurate billing.

- Once you confirm a Sale Order in Odoo, it automatically creates a delivery and sends the order details to ShipStation. Your order will instantly appear in the "Awaiting Shipment" list in ShipStation, ready for your team to handle.

- After a successful shipment, you have instant access to "Download Label(PDF)" and "Cancel" buttons directly within the ShipStation tab.
