Subject: Persistent issue with Facebook Leads Sync – Error (#15) App Access Token Dear [Support/Development Team], I am currently using your crm_fb_leads module on Odoo 16 and I have been facing a persistent issue when trying to synchronize Facebook Pages. After following all the required steps (creating the Facebook App, generating a valid long-lived User Access Token with the proper permissions, and configuring the App ID and App Secret in Odoo system parameters), the synchronization still fails with the following error: (#15) This method must be called with an app access_token What has been done so far: Created a Facebook App in Meta for Developers and set it to Live mode. Generated a User Access Token (not a Page Token), with the permissions: pages_show_list pages_read_engagement leads_retrieval ads_management pages_manage_ads Ensured that the User Access Token is valid and returns pages when tested in the Graph API Explorer (/me/accounts?fields=id,name,access_token). Configured App ID and App Secret in Odoo system parameters (tested both keys: crm_fb_leads.app_id / crm_fb_leads.app_secret facebook.app_id / facebook.app_secret). Restarted Odoo services after parameter updates. Despite all these steps, the synchronization still fails with the same error (#15). Request: Could you please confirm: Which exact system parameter keys does the module read for App ID and App Secret? Does the current version of the module handle the App Access Token internally, or is there an additional configuration step required? Is there a patch or update available to resolve this issue for Odoo 16? This issue is blocking us from using the module in production.
