This app extends the CRM module by integrating key business data directly into the CRM Lead / Pipeline / Opportunity form view. It enables Sales Managers, Purchase Managers, Stock Managers, and Invoice Managers to access relevant transactional records based on their access rights. Users can view related Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Stock Pickings, Stock Moves, Customer Invoices, and Vendor Bills directly from the CRM form, providing a 360° view of each lead or opportunitys journey through the business workflow. With smart buttons and tabbed sections, the app offers an organized and user friendly interface for viewing critical information in one place. It helps departments work more collaboratively by linking CRM with Sales, Purchases, Inventory, and Accounting. Each user sees only what theyre authorized to access, improving data security and clarity. This integration simplifies tracking of lead to order and order to invoice processes, enhances decision making, and reduces the need to switch between multiple modules

Main Features:

  • Sales Manager Access
    Sales managers can view all Sales Orders associated with a specific CRM Lead or Opportunity. The CRM form displays:
    • A smart button showing the total number of Sales Orders and total sales amount linked to the lead.
    • A dedicated tab listing all related Sales Orders, including order reference, customer, order date, status, and total amount.
    • Easy navigation to each orders details, helping sales teams track progress from lead to successful order conversion.
  • Purchase Manager Access
    Purchase managers can see all Purchase Orders connected to the lead, which helps track procurement related to the opportunity. The system provides:
    • A purchase summary with total purchase amount and order count.
    • A tab view listing each Purchase Order with vendor name, order date, total amount, and status.
    • Useful when purchases are initiated in response to customer requirements captured in the CRM.
  • Accounting Manager Access
    Account managers can access both Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills tied to the CRM lead or opportunity. This includes:
    • A quick summary showing total invoiced amount and outstanding/due amount.
    • Separate tabs for Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills, each showing invoice number, status (e.g., posted, paid), due date, and amount.
    • Enables finance teams to evaluate the financial impact of a lead directly from the CRM view.
  • Inventory Manager Access
    Inventory managers gain insight into stock operations related to the lead through:
    • Tabs for Delivery Orders (Outgoing Pickings) and Incoming Shipments (Receipts).
    • Lists of Stock Moves associated with those operations, showing product, quantity, source/destination locations, and move status.
