CRM Stage Tracking & SLA Monitor
Track how long each opportunity stays in every CRM stage, compare the elapsed time against per-stage SLA limits, and help managers spot stuck deals before they damage the pipeline.

CRM Stage Tracking & SLA Monitor adds an operational SLA layer to Odoo CRM. It creates a time-stamped history whenever an opportunity enters a tracked stage, refreshes active durations by cron, flags overdue records, supports pause and resume, and gives managers list, graph, pivot, PDF, and Excel outputs for follow-up.
Why Teams Use It
Stop Silent Pipeline Stagnation
Sales opportunities can sit in the same stage for too long without anyone noticing. SLA status keeps aging deals visible.
Manager-Level Control
Managers can configure SLA hours, warning thresholds, escalation limits, and monitor active overdue lines.
Clear Audit Trail
Every tracked stage stores entry time, exit time, allowed hours, actual duration, remaining hours, and status.
Native CRM Workflow
The module works inside standard CRM stages, opportunities, scheduled actions, chatter, reports, and Odoo views.
Workflow
- Configure SLA hours and warning thresholds on CRM pipeline stages.
- Move an opportunity through the pipeline as usual.
- The module opens and closes tracking lines automatically.
- The hourly cron refreshes duration, remaining time, overdue status, and escalation.
- Managers review active lines, dashboards, reports, and exported Excel files.
Security Matrix
| Role | View Timeline | Configure SLA | Pause / Resume |
