Multi-Company-Specific CRM Stages Ahex Technologies
This plugin enhances the CRM module by introducing company-specific stages. In the standard Odoo CRM, stages created are global and shared across all companies, which often limits flexibility in multi-company environments. With this customization, each company can define and manage its own pipeline stages independently, ensuring that workflows are tailored to their unique business processes. This provides greater control, avoids confusion caused by shared stages across companies, and helps maintain cleaner data separation within a multi-company setup.
STEP-BY-STEP WORKFLOW
Assuming that on Single Odoo Instance, you have created Multiple Companies which you can see from Here.
Next,
Go to CRM Application Form Dashboard. The pipeline view will be visible for the current company you are log-in into.
So, as you can see for Company-1, The Pipeline is New > Qualified > Proposition > Won
Also, you can Check that in Master data as well.
Enable developer mode > Go to settings > Scroll to bottom > Enable developer Mode.
Now Go to CRM > Configuration > Pipeline > Stages
Now, from the Search filter, Group by Company and you can see the stages as per company
Next ,
To create New, click on New Button, Fill all the required details and at bottom, select the company for whom this stage is.
Finally, once done. Go to CRM > Pipeline View > Go to Particular Company > view the pipeline.
This is the Final Pipeline View of All the Companies in Single Instance.
