Disable Create & Edit on Many2one (User-Wise)
This module allows administrators to restrict users from creating or editing records
directly from many2one fields.It disables Create, Create & Edit, and Quick Create
options while still allowing users to select existing records.

Control Many2one field behavior on a per−user basis. Administrators can
restrict
specific users from creating or editing related records directly from many2one
fields while still allowing record selection.
Blocks All Creation Options in Many2one Fields

When enabled, the module completely removes all record creation options from
many2one dropdowns, including Create, Create and Edit, and Quick Create, ensuring no
accidental or unauthorized records are added.

The restriction applies automatically across all models and all many2one fields
without any additional configuration, custom code, or per-model setup. Works
seamlessly with existing forms and views.
