Custom Delivery Address

Allow the entry of a new delivery address without the need to create a new contact.
The module is available in both English and French and is designed to be easily customizable.

Define a custom delivery address

In Odoo, specifying a different delivery address for a sales order, invoice, or delivery order typically requires creating a new contact. This can be inconvenient, especially when each order is delivered to a different address. For example, in the construction industry, deliveries are often made to various building sites, which may only require a one-time delivery. Creating a new contact for each unique address can clutter your database. This module allows you to specify unique delivery addresses directly on sales orders, invoices, or delivery orders without the need to create a new contact.

New fields on the sales order allow you to specify a delivery address without creating a new contact. By default, these fields are populated with the address information from the partner set as the delivery address.

Upon confirmation of the sales order, the delivery address is transferred to the delivery order."

During the invoicing process, the delivery address is also transferred to the generated invoice.

The delivery address specified on sales orders, invoices, or delivery orders is displayed on their respective PDF documents. The address appears in the format specified for the country of delivery, as in Odoo standard.

You can modify the format in which the address is displayed on countries.
