Choose between a 2-level or 3-level approval chain per leave type. Each stage is fully configurable.
👔 Stage 1: Direct Manager
The employee's direct manager (or any HR Manager) handles first-level confirmation.

Designated operations managers approve at the second level. Supports multiple approvers per leave type.

⚙️ Configuration
- Go to Time Off â Configuration â Leave Types
- Set Approval to "Direct Manager â Operations Manager (2 Levels)" or "⦠â General Manager (3 Levels)"
- Assign Operations Managers and optionally General Managers
- Go to Settings â Users and assign Operations Manager / General Manager roles under Human Resources
