Go to the "Settings" - "General Settings" menu and find the "Custom User Menu Links" section. Configure your custom labels and URLs for Documentation, Support, and My Account links.

Apply the changes. The custom user menu links will be activated and visible in the user menu dropdown.

The module includes built-in URL validation to ensure all links are properly formatted and secure.

All URLs must start with http:// or https:// to be considered valid. Invalid URLs will show error messages and prevent saving.

Example of valid URLs:

Use the toggle switch to show or hide all custom user menu links. When enabled (green), all custom links are hidden. When disabled (gray), custom links are shown based on URL validity.

This provides complete control over the visibility of custom menu items without affecting the core Odoo functionality.

To test your custom user menu links, simply click on the user menu dropdown and verify that your custom links appear with the correct labels and URLs.

Click on each custom link to verify they open the correct URLs in new browser tabs.

Important testing notes:

• Custom links only appear when valid URLs are configured.
• The toggle switch controls visibility of all custom links.
• Changes take effect immediately without page refresh.
