The Darbtech Candidate Portal simplifies the recruitment process by offering a dedicated portal for candidates. The online recruitment form allows candidates to submit their personal information, including their CV, skills, and professional experience. Once submitted, this form generates a record in the candidate portal, allowing recruiters to view and analyze the received applications.
After submitting their application, a new menu titled "My Applications" is added to the client portal. This menu allows users to track the progress of their applications for different positions and view the job offers they have applied for. It is an essential tool for candidates who want to efficiently manage their applications.
The "My Applications" button allows users to access the detailed registration of their applied applications. This process displays the information submitted by the candidate, such as the submission date, the applied position, and the application status, making it easy to consult and follow up.
In the backend, the Recruitment module allows administrators to view complete details concerning posted jobs, including the information submitted by the candidates. Recruiters can review and sort applications, add comments, or update them according to the selection process.
On the frontend, once the application has been submitted and recorded, candidates can view the details of their application via the "My Applications" menu. They will find the information they filled out in the form, as well as the current status of their application.
A second menu, "CV Library," is available for managing candidates' CVs. This menu allows adding, deleting, or organizing CVs to facilitate their management in the recruitment process. Recruiters can sort CVs by criteria and easily access them for better candidate selection.
