Why Choose This Module
Offline PLZ engine: validates the 5-digit German postal-code format, derives the federal state (Bundesland) and the PLZ-Leitregion from the seeded prefix table, and flags impossible codes. Address normalisation: street/house-number splitting and recombination, whitespace and casing clean-up, and a deterministic quality score with a list of concrete issues (missing house number, PLZ/city mismatch, ...). BYOK online verification: optionally calls the customer's *own* address provider (Deutsche Post Adressfactory / Google / generic REST) to confirm deliverability. We build the request and parse the response; the API call uses the customer's key under their own contract. A batch validation wizard over selected partners and a scheduled job that re-checks stale partner addresses. Full per-partner validation history with status (valid / corrected / undeliverable / unchecked) and the suggested correction.
