Warum dieses Modul
Freely editable base data: the combined pension insurance rate (18.6%), the monthly pension contribution assessment ceiling, the statutory minimum top up rate (20%) and the minimum assessment rate for the pension top up (80%) — adjustable yearly without any code change. ATZ agreements with the full time gross wage, ATZ start date, total duration, model choice (Block/even distribution), the Arbeitsphase/ Freizeitphase split for the block model, the top up rate (at least 20%, often higher under a collective agreement) and an editable regular earnings base for the pension top up. Automatic calculation: the ATZ wage (50% of the full time wage), the top up amount (Aufstockungsbetrag) on top of the ATZ wage, the additional pension insurance contributions (18.6% on at least 80% of the full time regular earnings minus the ATZ wage, capped at the difference to the contribution ceiling) plus a note on the top up being tax free subject to the progression clause (Progressionsvorbehalt). Wertguthaben (value credit) timeline for the block model: monthly build up during the Arbeitsphase, monthly draw down during the Freizeitphase, with a full month by month timeline and a note on the mandatory insolvency protection (Section 8a AltTZG / Section 7e SGB IV Book IV).
