Warum dieses Modul
BtM-Stammdaten je Substanz/Darreichungsform (Anlage II/III, Einheit, Umrechnungsfaktor) -- mit realistischem Grundbestand (Morphin, Fentanyl, Oxycodon, Methadon, Tilidin/Naloxon retard mit Ausnahme-Hinweis, u.a.). Je Substanz eine Karteikarte mit laufend fortgeschriebenem Bestand. Jede Bewegung (Zugang/Abgang/Verwurf) mit fortlaufender Nummer, Pflichtangaben zu Herkunft (Lieferant + Lieferschein) bzw. Verbleib (Empfaenger + Anschrift), Betaeubungsmittelverschreibung (Rezept-Nr., Arzt) bei Patientenabgabe und Zeugen bei Vernichtung. Bestands-Engine: jede Bewegung schreibt den neuen Bestand fort; ein Abgang, der den aktuellen Bestand uebersteigen wuerde, wird abgelehnt. Monatlicher Bestandsnachweis je Karteikarte mit Soll-/Ist-Abgleich und Pruefvermerk des Apothekers/der Apothekenleitung; nach Pruefung sind die erfassten Bewegungen des Monats gesperrt. Quartalsweise amtliche Zusammenfassung ueber die gepruefte Monatsnachweise. Zwei getrennte Zugriffsrechte: Apotheker/PTA (Erfassung) und Apothekenleiter (Pruefung, Korrektur, Stammdatenpflege) fuer den besonders sensiblen BtM-Bereich. QWeb-PDF-Ausdruck der BtM-Karteikarte und des Monatsnachweises.
