Ueberlassungshoechstdauer - §1 Abs. 1b AUEG: a temp worker may be assigned to the same hirer (Entleiher) for a maximum of 18 consecutive months. Interruptions of more than 3 months reset the clock. Collective agreements may extend the cap; this module lets you record the applicable cap per assignment. Equal-Pay / Equal-Treatment - §8 Abs. 1 / Abs. 4 AUEG: after 9 months of assignment the temp worker is entitled to the same pay as a comparable permanent employee of the hirer (Equal Pay). A branch collective agreement can defer this up to 15 months under strict conditions.
