Diese App bringt vollständige Community-Budgetierung für deutsche KMU mit genau den Begriffen und der Struktur, die dort erwartet werden: Budgets je Sachkonto und Kostenstelle (Analysekonto), ein klarer Plan-Ist-Vergleich, monatliche Periodenaufteilung sowie Abweichungs-/Zielerreichungs-Analyse.

Budget-Monatswert
Erfasst Budgetposition, Jahr, Plan, Ist und Abweichung je Monat für die Detailauswertung.

Warum dieses Modul
Der Budgetplan durchläuft klar definierte Zustände: Entwurf -> bestätigt -> abgeschlossen -> revidiert. Budgetzeilen je Kontengruppe und Kostenstelle mit monatlicher Verteilung. Automatische Ist-Wert-Berechnung direkt aus gebuchten Journalposten bzw. Analysezeilen, sodass jede Zeile Plan, Ist, Abweichung und Zielerreichung in % zeigt. Eine Periodenlogik teilt einen Jahresplan mithilfe gleichmäÃiger, saisonaler oder manueller Verteilungsprofile in 12 Monatswerte auf. Der Revisionsassistent erstellt einen Schnappschuss eines Budgets als versionierte Kopie. Das Plan-Ist-Berichtsmodell ist für Pivot- und Grafikauswertungen im Dashboard vorbereitet.
