UN substance master seeded from the ADR Table A (UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, classification code, packing group, tunnel restriction code, LQ limit, transport category and the 1000-point multiplier). Shipment header + lines: pick the UN substance, enter the package count, net quantity and packaging type; the module formats the mandatory ADR 5.4.1.1.1 description string ("UN 1203 BENZIN, 3, II, (D/E)"). Exemption checks: Limited Quantities (LQ, ADR 3.4) per item and the 1.1.3.6 "1000-point" freistellung across the whole load (sum of quantity x transport-category factor) — the module tells you whether you stay under the threshold. Document flow: draft -> checked -> issued, with the consignor declaration text and a printable Beförderungspapier produced at delivery time.
