Vom Sicherheitsdatenblatt zum Beförderungspapier
Wer in Deutschland Gefahrgut auf der Straße versendet, muss dem Fahrer ein vorschriftsmäßiges Beförderungspapier nach ADR 5.4.1 und der GGVSEB aushändigen. Bislang werden diese von Hand aus dem Sicherheitsdatenblatt und der ADR-Tabelle erstellt — langsam und fehleranfällig.

Warum dieses Modul
UN-Stoff-Stammdaten, vorbelegt aus der ADR-Tabelle A (UN-Nummer, offizielle Benennung, Gefahrklasse, Klassifizierungscode, Verpackungsgruppe, Tunnelbeschränkungscode, LQ-Grenzwert, Beförderungskategorie und den 1000-Punkte-Multiplikator). Kopf- und Positionsdaten: UN-Stoff auswählen, Anzahl Versandstücke, Nettomenge und Verpackungsart eingeben — das Modul formatiert die vorgeschriebene Benennungszeile nach ADR 5.4.1.1.1 („UN 1203 BENZIN, 3, II, (D/E)“). Freistellungsprüfungen: begrenzte Mengen (LQ, ADR 3.4) je Position sowie die „1000-Punkte“-Freistellung nach 1.1.3.6 über die gesamte Ladung (Summe aus Menge x Beförderungskategorie-Faktor) — das Modul zeigt, ob Sie unter dem Schwellenwert bleiben. Dokumentenablauf: Entwurf → geprüft → ausgestellt, mit Absendererklärung und einem druckbaren Beförderungspapier zum Liefertermin.
