You declare which models/fields are tax-relevant (e.g. account.move date, amount, partner, name; invoice lines; partner VAT). Seeded with sensible defaults. A recording layer writes an immutable change-log entry for every create / write / unlink on a watched field, capturing old value, new value, the user, the timestamp and the action. A filterable journal and an exportable CSV/HTML report let you hand the Betriebspruefer a clean "Wer-hat-was-wann" trail for any record or period.
