Yes, you need a NAQEL Express business account with API credentials (Client ID, password, and customer code). Contact NAQEL to set up your business account and request API v9.0 access.
Yes, fully compatible with both Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise editions. All features work identically on both versions.
The cron job automatically collects all active NAQEL shipments and sends them to NAQEL's MultiWayBillTracking API (up to 1,000 per call). Only waybills whose status actually changed get full history updates. If the batch call fails, it automatically falls back to individual tracking.
ASR creates a new return waybill linked to an existing shipment. Unlike RTO (Return to Origin), ASR is initiated after delivery — the customer sends items back. The wizard pre-fills all details from the original shipment, and the ASR waybill number is stored on the delivery order.
Instead of typing raw codes like "RUH" or "JED", you now select cities from a dropdown populated with 25 pre-loaded Saudi and GCC cities. When creating waybills, the module auto-detects the consignee's city code from the partner's city name or state. You can also add custom cities.
