Key capabilities Regiebericht header per day/site with crew, machine and material lines, each with quantity, rate and computed amount; surcharge engine for overtime, night/Sunday/holiday work (Zuschlaege) with seeded default percentages. Labour lines distinguish skill grade (Facharbeiter / Helfer / Polier) with per-grade default Regie rates configurable on the company. Customer acknowledgement: capture the on-site signature (Unterschrift) and signing person; a signed report is locked against edits (audit trail). State flow draft -> submitted -> signed -> billed; only signed reports may be converted to invoice lines (a guard against billing unacknowledged hours). "Create Invoice" builds a draft customer invoice grouping labour, machine and material — cert-clean: the draft is created, the customer reviews and posts it. Period summary report of Regie hours and amounts by project and skill grade.
