KRA TIMS Novitus Integration - Account
Overview
KRA TIMS Novitus Integration – Account is an Odoo module designed to connect your accounting system with Novitus Electronic Tax Register (ETR) devices and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). It enables businesses operating in Kenya to comply with TIMS (Tax Invoice Management System) requirements by automating fiscal data exchange and reporting.

Configuration

Activate ESD Printer
Go to Accounting ▸ Configuration ▸ Settings enable the ESD Printer, and enter the printer’s IP address along with the port.

Taxes Configuration (PTU Value and Factor Type)
Navigate to Accounting ▸ Configuration ▸ Taxes.
Set PTU Value and Factor Type Values.

Set KRA Product Name and Taxes
Go to product and set KRA Product Name and Taxes.

Create and Confirm Invoice
Go to Accounting, then create and confirm the invoice.

Print Fiscal Report
Go to Accounting ▸ Reporting ▸ Fiscal Report

Go to Accounting ▸ Configuration ▸ Fiscal Log
