2. Follow the screenshots to register for a trial. You can access the pages shown through the main menu item called The Miner after installation.

3. Trial period is for 15 Days post which you can connect with us for a commercial engagement.

1. What does this app do ?

This app acts as a conduit between your odoo application and Delium's platform. Your data is pulled incrementally and used to power Delium's co-pilots which you would use to drive core operations in your business.

2. What kind of data do we pull ?

Master and transactional data that is required to generate the inferences on the Miner website. For more details on the models and fields, check https://www.dcove.delium.ai.

3. Is my data secure?

Rest assured, your data is safe with us. All data pulled is encrypted using strong encryption algorithms before transmission and storage.

4. What is your data used for?

Our co-pilots are recommendation and generative AI engines. Your data is solely used only for powering these co-pilots and are for your eyes only. Delium does not use your data for training common models which can be redeployed for others. There is no external/ third party accesses allowed to your data. 5. How do I use the Miner ?

On registration and sync enablement, you will get access to Delium's The Miner over the web. The credentials will be communicated to you as per the registered details. This website will be hosted and managed by Delium. Actions taken done on Delium's The Miner will be synced back to your odoo application using this connect.

6. What is the model of engagement ?

An initial trial of 15 days is provided to try out the system. After the trial ends and a commercial engagement is in place, you will have meetings with our implementation team for a period of 8 weeks. Additional support post this can be discussed on a commercial basis if required.

7. What is the cost for The Miner ?

Delium's Miner is available as a SaaS offering available in both monthly and yearly subscription modes. Subscription costs are computed based on the amount of data ingested from your business. As such, the actual commercials will be intimated post the trial period. For an estimate prior to installation, you are requested to get in touch with the Delium sales team.

8. How many users can use The Miner ?

You can create any number of users from the Miner website. Be warned that any user added will have access to the information shown on the Miner website. User management on the Miner website is fully owned by you.

9. I no longer require The Miner. How do I uninstall and ensure data deletion ?

An option to discontinue the subscription is available in this app. As part of discontinuation, Delium will delete all instances of your data including backups. This can be done anytime during the trial and when on a subscription model. You can register again to Delium at any time.
