This module extends the partner rating visibility into Odoo’s service and equipment management modules, allowing service teams to see the reliability rating of the partners they are supporting. From a business standpoint, this transparency allows service departments to tailor their support and maintenance activities based on the customer’s overall standing and history with the company.
