Advanced Access Management
The Advanced Access Management app allows you to take full control over your Odoo security.
Easily manage user permissions without complex coding or technical configurations.
Hide Menus & Views: Restrict access to specific menus and views for varying user levels.
Field Level Access: Make sensitive fields invisible or read-only on any form.
Search & Filters: Limit the data users can see by restricting filters and group-by options.
With Chatter Control, Button Hiding, and Model Access Rights, you can ensure that every user
sees exactly what they need—and nothing more.

Access Management Profiles
Create comprehensive Access Management Profiles to group multiple security rules. You can assign these profiles to specific users, ensuring easy management of complex permissions.
Profile Configuration
System read-only access
Define global options such as generic Read-Only access.
Read only for List and Form view
System Login Access Blocked
Prevent assigned users from logging in to the system.
Developer Mode Blocked
Prevent assigned users from accessing Developer Mode.
Hide Menus
Prevent users from accessing specific menu items. Simply select the menus you want to hide.
Menu Hiding
Select the menus to hide for users assigned to this profile.
Menu Visible Before Restriction
Selected menu before any restrictions are applied.
Menu Hidden After Restriction
Once restricted, the selected menu is hidden and no longer accessible to the user.
Control Model Access
Prevent users from accessing model actions such as archive, duplicate, import, export, spreadsheets, and chatter.
