Employee Advance Expenses Request
Employee Advance Expenses Request Odoo app streamlines the process for employees to submit
expense requests and for managers to manage approvals. With this app, employees can easily
create advance expense requests, which then trigger an email notification to the manager for
review. Managers can approve or reject these requests, with any rejection reason recorded for
transparency. Upon approval, the manager can generate multiple expenses based on the employee’s
request, and a confirmation email is sent back to the employee.
The app includes a dedicated menu for creating and tracking advance expense requests, allowing
expense managers to oversee all requests effectively. This tool enhances communication between
employees and managers with automatic email notifications for submitted and approved requests,
improving clarity and efficiency in handling expenses.
Features
- Separate menu to create Advance Expense Requests.
- Only Expense Manager can approve the request from the employee.
- Expense Manger will create multiple expenses from the requests for the employee.
- Email notification sent between employee and manager when request is submitted or approved.
- Manager can also reject the expense request.
- When manager reject the request then reject reason will also captured on the expense request.
Submit Advance Expense Request
Advance Expense Request is created and submitted to the manager for the approval

Manager will approve the expense request with is submitted by employee
Notification sent to employee
When manager approves the request then notification email sent back to the employee
Manager will create expenses
Once expense request is approved, then manager will create multiple expenses from the request

Multiple expenses created successfully from the expense request as requested by an employee
